Be ready to make a decision. Tell me about your search in detail, so I can provide the best info possible and don't waste your time. Ask questions...as much as you feel like asking. I may not be able to answer them all, but I will certainly make sure that those questions are answered BEFORE a decision is reached.
SELLER-CLIENTS?
Be ready to sell. Let ME do my homework, even if you have been checking the market in your area for a long time yourself, and you have a pretty good idea what your home "should sell for". Be open minded, let ME market your home and NEGOTIATE the price. I love doing it!
